Victoria's professional experience in the Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets, as well as Mortgage Lending enables her to better assist and guide her clients as they identify their needs, goals and real estate to invest in. As a member of the Platinum Level/Million Dollar Club, she provides professional, personable service from the first "Hello", through settlement and beyond! She is committed to negotiating the best overall outcome for her clients, streamlining the process efficiently, and leveraging the support of her powerhouse Brokerages and trusted partners- Oro Realty in Texas, and Samson Properties in Maryland and Washington, DC.
In addition to focusing on servicing her residential real estate clientele, Victoria is also a certified Probate & Estate Specialist, and assists families who are challenged with downsizing or consolidating households with aging or chronically ill family members, as well as navigating the daunting probate and estate side of inheriting property. "Real estate that involves the loss of independence and even possibly loved ones is more than just about business. It's not about the transaction- it's about the transition."
Apart from her real estate experience, Victoria's dynamic business and entrepreneurial experience and talents have been exemplified by her presence in the White House, The State of Texas Governor’s Office, Dallas Cowboys Stadium and in the Grammy winning film, Service, the Film. Her academic background focused on business management and graphic design from Bridgewater State University. Having a family military background, and as a former Texas State Guard Member, Victoria is also dedicated to community service projects and causes that are particularly focused on supporting military and veteran service organizations, as well as community-centric groups like the Habitat for Humanity, the Girl Scouts, and the Home Depot Foundation.
